What is a good snack after a swimming workout?
I’m always starving after swim practice. I was wondering if there is something healthy to hold me over until dinner? Nothing too big because I have dinner a few hours after I get home.
Can you give me easy beginner synchronize swimming workout or drills or synchro stuff?
Im a new coach for a YMCA synchronized swimming. I have never did syncho and I know someone that knows how should coach it but they couldnt find anyone but anyways the students are 7-9 yr old never did synchro before and do swimming like free and breast stroke but i need materials. I’m asking if there is any synchronize coach to help me out. Thanks

Help me create a swimming workout routine?
I’m planning on losing about 10 pounds just for myself to feel good and confident. I’m highly dedicated I just need a little help on planning my routine. How many hours should I swim for? How many calories should I intake? What foods to stick with and what to avoid? And whether to eat before or after swimming? Thanks a bunch! P.S. Idk if it helps but I weigh 125 pounds.
