I have a bad knee. Does anyone know any knee exercises that I can do in the water?

I have tendonitis and some ligament damage in my right knee, and it has been bothering me quite alot since football started. I have a swimming pool in my backyard, and I heard that there are some good low-impact stretches and exercises for the knee that can be done in the water. It sounds really relaxing, but I’m not sure how to do it. Does anyone know anything good to do?
