I have a bad knee. Does anyone know any knee exercises that I can do in the water?
I have tendonitis and some ligament damage in my right knee, and it has been bothering me quite alot since football started. I have a swimming pool in my backyard, and I heard that there are some good low-impact stretches and exercises for the knee that can be done in the water. It sounds really relaxing, but I’m not sure how to do it. Does anyone know anything good to do?

Will my swimming pool lose more heat when the water is circulating?
I’ve been told that if the pump is shut off in the evening and the water remains still (save for a gentle breeze), much less heat will escape by the next day. Is this true?
Also, take into account that the pump is behind the other wall of our house, meaning the water has to go through underground pipes (only a few feet deep) to circulate back to the pool.
