postheadericon What are some steps to train my lungs and body to be more endured in swimming or exercise?

The magicians in the water tank sometimes survive up to 8 minutes without breathing for air- how can I use those training for swimming or exercise.

i get really bored with walking and running cuz there is nothing to do
and i lost my swim goggles so its harder for me to swim

postheadericon What are some breathing techniques for swimming? I am almost a strong swimmer except I can’t get the breathing?

down yet my coach says Id be a really strong swimmer if I could get the breathing down he says Im fighting it. How do I improve my breathing techniques do I count or breath in one side and breath out the other side?

postheadericon what are some in gym swimming workouts?

I was wondering if anyone new of any sites, or just a workout program for an in the gym swimming workout.
im male 18 years 204 pounds 6’4″ if that makes a difference.
just to clarify i want some in the gym workouts, like how many reps, sets, what muscles i need to work.
