What are some good swimming strokes, that work for your arms and legs and stomach? At least 10-15 pounds lost?

I’m going to have a swimming pool for about two weeks, I want to loose as much weight as possible, what are some good swimming strokes that make your thighs, arms, and even stomach toner or skinnier?
