What are some good swimming strokes, that work for your arms and legs and stomach? At least 10-15 pounds lost?
I’m going to have a swimming pool for about two weeks, I want to loose as much weight as possible, what are some good swimming strokes that make your thighs, arms, and even stomach toner or skinnier?
What is the best swimming goggles to get that do a good job keeping water out?
I wear contact lens and I want to start swimming again so I would like to purchase some dependable goggles.
Also, how much would they cost?

When swimming front crawler overhanded freestyle how do you develop good leg motion,kicks, without the use of?
flippers? Could you use a kickboard and if so how many laps should you use it?
