Freestyle – Swimming With Fins
Sure, fins can be used for all strokes, but today, let’s just focus on using them for two types of freestyle.
How do I break in my new Duck Feet swim fins?
I just got some Duck Feet swim fins that I plan to use for Boogie Boarding.
They are very stiff. How do I go about breaking them in?
Is there such a thing as high arch supports for swimming fins?
I am a competitive swimmer and I use both fins and zoomers regularly in training. The trouble, especially with the zoomers, is that I have very high arches. This prompts my feet to cramp up when or after I do breaststroke with the zoomers. Does anyone know of a product or a specialty fin/zoomer that could give me a little more support in the water?
My feet/ankles/knees hurt when I use swim fins?
I am a swimmer, and whenever I use fins in practice, my feet cramp up and my knees/ankles start to hurt. Is this because they are too small? Are my feet just weird? Does this happen to anyone else?
