Is swimming in a small pool good exercise?
I do cardio twice a week on my off days from the gym. One day i go for a run and the other i like to go for a swim. My pool is only about 5m long though so i can swim it in a few strokes. If i swim lots of laps say 50-100 will this be moderate cardio?
How can I exercise in a swimming pool?
I 6 feet tall and the pool is about 5 or less. It isn’t too wide maybe about 5 or 6 meters. What can I do to exercise in there, I really need to too? And u dont have the time to go to the beach.

Hello, I’m in a bit of a situation here and i’m hoping someone could help me out. I’ve had a membership to a gym for a few months now, and at first I was really committed to begin swimming at the indoor lap pool to get some exercise.
