Keep it up! Are you going to be doing more videos with your daughter? GOOD LUCK!

  • xf89:

Woohoo! Congrats on the two pound loss! My blood pressure came down after I was on the low carb lifestyle for about six weeks. I was on the verge of being prescribed medication, but avoided it totally with the low carb lifestyle! Good luck and I hope this works out for you! It seems to so far! :)

I am not a big fish eater, goes back as a child hood memory again, why so many flashback with food..lol. thanks for the kind wishes! I am a big salad eater

  • LessToHug:

I’m doing low carb too, but without the counting. Just steering clear of the bad carbs. I picked up a copy of Dr. Atkins’ New Diet Cookbook and plan on trying one of the recipes for dinner. I need to pick up some almond butter at the store this afternoon, I look forward to following your journey ((hugs)) Paula

Thanks Margie, I am surprised that I didn’t really like the almond butter, but now that I only need a little bit to satisfied my hunger, its kind of good. I like crunchy foods They make crunchy almond butter too, think I might try that also. I am working on those veggies, real different look at carb counting, I will try it tho. thanks for the download info, I will look into that.

  • Bonnie90505:

Thanks, I am having flashback of veggies..lol

  • sistahonamission:

Hi Bonnie! It’s so good to see you. Congratulations on your loss. Thanks for the information.

  • macomarell:

The almond butter is a better choice because it is a nut unlike p-nuts which are not a nut and an incomplete protein.
I love lots of veggies but I have never eaten a rutabaga or other root veggies. I don’t eat potatoes either, way to starchy.
Congrats on the loss. Way to go!!!
Yep, I agree, it is the carbs.
If you are tracking your nutrients you will know which vitamins you need. I always need calcium, d, and potassium. I use the cronOmeter its free and downloadable.

I like it ,so I wear it.!

tried the cauliflower mash before…umm, it was okay. i found that i had to add a bunch of stuff to it to make it taste decent so in the long run it was a pass. let me know how you prepare it and what you think.
