Coz I’m doing about 3 hours of intense swimming lessons every week, how could I enable my body to get even better physically after finishing each lesson?

Sleep it off! If you are that tired then doing stuff after just increases your chance of injury.
Now, on the days where you don’t swim, consider incorporating some yoga (strength and flexibility). If yoga isn’t your thing then maybe some lighter weight training.
rest. but also eat! eat after you workout. healthy of course.
Try to lift wts on the days you dont swim. this will help make you stronger and a better swimmer.
